1. Eligible for Return / Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund if: • The product received is damaged, broken, or leaking • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item) • The product is expired at the time of delivery • The package was not delivered but marked as delivered In the above cases, you will receive either a full refund or a free replacement, as per your preference.

2. Not Eligible for Return / Refund

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund: • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged) • Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery

3. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

To raise a return or refund request: Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via: • WhatsApp: +91 97398 14816 • Email: contact@babaravigiriarogya.com Step 2: Share the following details: • Your Order ID (e.g., BRG-XXXXXX) • Your mobile number used at checkout • Photos of the damaged / wrong product • A brief description of the issue Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and approve the return or initiate the refund.

4. Cancellation Refund

If you cancel your order before it is shipped: • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid. • Refund will be credited to your original payment method. • Processing time: 5–7 business days. To cancel your order, visit /cancel-order or call +91 97398 14816.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return or cancellation is approved: • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. • Bank transfers / UPI refunds: 5–7 business days • Credit / Debit card refunds: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank) You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or wrong product: • We will ship the replacement free of charge. • Replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval. • You do not need to return the damaged product for replacements (photo proof is sufficient for most cases).
